Hi! I’m Wong

I'm a Product Designer with 6 years of experience applying design thinking to solve complex user problems, most recently in the financial and affordability space at Zillow, where I work on BuyAbility, helping homebuyers understand complex financial information with confidence.

Throughout my career I've specialized in taking ambiguous problems and turning them into usable, well-structured products. I have deep experience building and scaling design systems across web, iOS, and Android, and I approach every project through a design-thinking lens: understanding the user, defining the real problem, and iterating toward a solution that's both functional and considered.

I've also made AI tools like Claude, Claude Code, and Replit part of how I work, using them to move faster through prototyping and iteration without cutting corners on craft. I see this as core to being an effective, modern product designer, not a shortcut around the work.
